Habits of the European Communities

Each country must have its own customs, not to mention the people of Europe. They also have a unique habit. In addition to the other habits in general, the Europeans also have a unique, namely the habit of drinking wine. It was said that these drinks can improve the health and slenderness of their bodies. There are some other lifestyle of a healthy European society, namely:

Consume enough food

Not too fast in chewing food, and get more out of food
