But not many people know what are the things that seem trivial but have a major impact on health. Here are some kinds of habits that make the body look older without us knowing.


1. View with squint
Often we observe something interesting with the tiptoes and squint. Actually, this practice makes the wrinkles around the eyes more clearly.

To increase the elasticity of the skin around the eyes, use a collagen cream, then massage the area around the eyes with the right-left and top-down. Do this several times a day. Also make sure you wear sunglasses when outside the room or wear sunglasses if you have impaired vision.

2. Wearing a body scrub
Routinely we do have to get rid of dead skin cells so skin looks more radiant. But do not rub your body too hard or too often. Scrubs with scrub more than once a week, can cause damage to the skin and weaken the skin's natural function as a protector. Too hard and too often gulp down the body, can also cause sores and skin tissue infections. In the end, the skin will be vulnerable to the aging process.

For owners of sensitive skin or allergies, avoid scrubs and gels made from fruit. After a gulp of the body, do not forget to use moisturizer. Products containing olive oil and aloe vera is highly recommended for dry skin. For oily skin, use oil-free products, or products containing hyaluronic acid suitable for oily skin.

3. Drinking through a straw
Although it looks sexy, drink through a straw is not good for skin health. Friction between the skin of the lips with a straw cause wrinkles around the mouth which is very difficult to be eliminated when facial or firming.

4. Smoke
Cigarette tucked in between the lips can cause wrinkles on the lips. Smokers will usually look older than nonsmokers, not only because of skin aging, but due to the effects of aging, causing wrinkles.

5. Posture
In addition to maintaining healthy skin, our appearance is also greatly influenced by posture. Stooped backs, shoulders and chest falling down would make her 20 years look very unattractive.
