On Tuesday, a link to Windows 8 Build 8400 appeared on several websites and discussion forums, many of them speak Chinese destination.
According to several reports on the Web, Build 8400 is valid and has been successfully installed by some users. "Canouna," the nickname used by the forum administrator WinLeaked, guaranteed download.
